Poonam Patel, the co-founder of Soulicious, grew up in a family where food was the heart of every gathering. From an early age, I was inspired by the flavors of traditional pickles, made with love and care by my grandmother. This passion for authentic, flavorful food sparked a desire to create a brand that honors those recipes and brings them to a wider audience.
With a background in the crafting of pickles, I recognized a gap in the market for pickles that truly captured the essence of home-made, quality products. Driven by a commitment to preserving
time-honored techniques while innovating for modern tastes, I set out to create a brand that blends tradition with innovation, using only the finest, locally-sourced ingredients.
